Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology incorporates reflexology techniques, using light finger pressure across the face, together with pressure points and lymph drainage massage techniques to the face and neck. Deeply soothing and relaxing, stimulating the muscles of the face to relax, improving blood flow and encouraging puffiness to reduce. Includes cleanse, tone and apricot or peach kernel oil.

Pregnancy Reflexology
An effective complementary therapy to receive during pregnancy which aims to relax, de-stress and improve sleep, adapted to the symptoms expectant mums are experiencing. Suitable from the second trimester through to post birth; each treatment is planned for the individual's needs.
There are some conditions that make reflexology during pregnancy unsuitable — Paula lists these in full on her own site and takes a full health history before treating.

Hot Stone Reflexology
A lovely enhancement to the regular Reflexology treatment, providing the addition of soothing heat from the hot stones that penetrates the muscles of the feet and calves. Hot stones are used in place of and in addition to fingers to massage the feet and calves.

Indian Head Massage
A perfect way to relax tired and tense shoulders, neck and head. Carried out either fully clothed or with a towel wrapped around you, in a massage chair, on a massage bed or seated in a normal chair — whichever is more comfortable. The massage starts with the upper back, then shoulders, neck, head and face. Hot stones can also be used for deeper relaxation.

Ear Candling & Facial Massage
Ear candling, or thermo-auricular therapy, is an ancient, non-invasive complementary therapy. A hollow, cone-shaped candle made of cotton soaked in beeswax, honey and herbs is placed about a quarter of an inch into the ear canal and gradually burns down over 10–15 minutes while the face and around the ears are gently massaged. Followed by a relaxing facial massage, including facial reflexology techniques.

Natural Lift Facial Massage
Combines Japanese face massage, Indian face massage together with acupressure and facial reflexology techniques. You relax on a massage couch and enjoy a cleanse and tone using Neal's Yard, followed by facial and shoulder massage using oil. For optimum results one treatment a week for the first four weeks is recommended, though it is also beneficial as a one-off treatment.

Pedicure & Nail Cutting
Pedicure: removal of nail varnish, trim and file of nails, filing of dry skin followed by a warm soapy foot bath, foot scrub and cuticle treatment. Application of base coat, nail varnish and top coat. Nail cutting home visit, with cuticle care and foot bath. Combine with Reflexology treatment for extra relaxation.

Care Home Sessions
Treatments adapted to individual needs, in care and learning disability homes.
Paula has been working in local care and learning disability homes for several years, with relaxing treatments offered either individually or in a group environment. She has an enhanced DBS Certificate for working with children and adults in complementary therapy.
- Hand and arm massage, 10 minutes — ideal in a group setting, 5 people per hour
- Express manicure — light file and varnish in a group setting, 5 people per hour
- Express pedicure — light file and varnish, 15 minutes per person
